Laurel is a beautiful, spirited alpaca. She leads with her head held high and carries herself like a queen. It is also a little known fact that she likes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches...This we found out during a picnic lunch in the pasture. She was not the one who went hungry! Laurel is a natural mother and is due to birth her second cria in August of '07 to our own Sergeant Pepper. We expect nothing but color with Laurels long staple and Sgt. Pepper's structure and density. We're anxious to see another sharp cria out of this young mother. Laurel's '06 cria is a rich brown male out of sire, Polaris.  This cria was sold but pictures are available to interested buyers.
