Tours
What is included in a tour? Our tour guides are very knowledgeable about our farm, its history, and our alpacas! On a tour, you will learn history of the farm, alpaca facts, and how they are cared for on our farm. We also have interesting and informative videos on shearing and processing the fleece fiber from alpacas. You will have an opportunity to feed our alpacas from the fence line with photo opportunities. Tours can be modified to accommodate just about anyone or any age. Tours typically last between 45 minutes to one hour. We can accommodate wheelchairs on a tour.

Gift Shop
We have renovated the 190 years old barn and created a beautiful two-story gift shop for alpaca apparel and gifts. Our products are also available from our online store. Unfortunately, the gift shop is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Other Services
Please Contact 585-455-1203 for private bookings.
Private tour: There must be 15 people or more in your group.
Please call or email for this option.
Birthday party tour: Enjoy a birthday treat here at the alpaca farm. This includes a gift bag with assorted items, stickers, tattoos, and either an alpaca keychain or pen. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
Business retreats: Schedule a time for a work retreat or tour the farm and meet the alpacas. We have an outdoor pavilion or an indoor space. You are welcome to bring food in for your event.
Bus Tours: This is a favorite stop for bus tours. We can accommodate up to 60 people for tours; our driveway and parking area provide ample space for turnarounds and getting in and out.
Youth Tours: This is reserved specifically for youth events, such as Girl or Boy Scouts, church groups, and home school groups.
Farm Visit without a Tour:
You are welcome to visit the farm and not do a guided tour. You can see the alpacas from the fence line and purchase food if you want to feed them. However, our tour guides are busy with guided tours from 11-12:00 and 1-2:00 and may not be able to give you the assistance you need.
The farm closes at 3 pm; no visitors after that.
